Do this. Do that. Fix this. Begin this. Achieve it. Increase it. More. More. More. And Some More.

Take a breather you all. Pull the brakes and relax for a moment. How are you feeling now? I hope better. Even the idea of pausing for a jiffy makes us feel utterly relaxed. Imagine on how in reality taking THAT necessary break will make us feel.

Life is getting fast paced by the day and its actually getting nutty to keep up with everything. All sorts of pressures and all that rush is making us lose the whole ideology of having some down time to unwind. Taking a break in timely fashion help us not only raising our productivity level but also help in our well being. We don't have to have a fancy one to feel relaxed - an enjoyable one matters.

Highlighting the fundamental reasons below in case you feel tired and worn out and still not showing mercy on yourself:

1. Recharging Batteries:
Go for a vacation or hit that luxurious spa - doing things that could refuel you and revitalize you, go a long way. May it be making memories or a perfect self-pampering idea; you are going to love it that you decide to give yourself a treat.

2. Getting Out of the Rut Means Doing Something New:
When you decide to get out of monotonous routine of yours, you decide to do and learn something new. Could be hiking the Himalayas or could be signing up for a new language course. Old and usual has to be replaced with something new and adventurous.

3. Giving Time to Yourself Makes You Appreciate Yourself:
You took time off after a whole year? WOW! isn't it amazing on how you have been catching up with everything all around the year? You are amazing and that is absolutely why you need that perfect break which you highly deserve.

4. Investing More Into Yourself Means Caring For Future:
If you are taking that break, it only goes on to show you believe in not wearing yourself out to collapse at some point of time. You decide to invest in yourself because you care for your future too.

5. Taking Time Out For Things That Were Overlooked When You Were Busy:
While you were too busy in catching up with the deadlines and must-dos for the week, you almost forgot what is it like to take a walk in the woods and be close to the nature. You also forgot to have a long conversation with your mom and ask her about things she so wanted to tell and you seriously forgot the idea of getting to know yourself better too.

Slowing down means you are willing to embrace newer things which are definitely going to stay with you. Could be developing a new hobby or gaining a new experience. Tangibly or intangibly new stuff will stick around. Get a pet or start gardening, read that book you always wanted to or learn to bake or just travel and get the urge to see more instilled in you. All of it will be new addition.

7. Come Back With A Bang: 
You are pretty much geared up for that project at work and you are happily embracing your child's constant questioning about things he doesn't understand. You are happy and patient and in perfect state of mind to start anew.

Sometimes taking things easy works the best for us. Sometimes we all need to slow down and tell ourselves - hey some time off is going to be wonderful!
